Chest press, shoulder press, chin up, sit up..

Had an appointment with my trainer last night at One Raffles Quay for an orientation evaluation where i was briefed on the basic machine introduction and how to train your body right.. At first i thought training is as easy as lifting dumbbells or barbells on the free weights, i was wrong.. there are steps to follow because you don't want your body to get out of proportion unless you wanna end up looking like Quasimodo. That reminds me that i need to watch my eating habit too.. Oh, did i tell you that ive been taking alot of raw eggs?.. hmm yummy..
